: The biggest regret of our trip was staying at this property. So many negative things I wish to contextualize. First, a day before arrival, we were given instructions on how to get our keys. We got there and the lockbox was not working. We tried to call the property and they didn't pick our calls so we sat outside for over 30 minutes trying to get through to them until they responded on booking.com. Second, our bathroom sink was clogged up and we requested for maintenance to resolve this and no one showed up, not even an apology for the same. Third, we requested for the cleaner as we paid a cleaning fee and no one showed up, not even an apology or refund for the same. Forth, the pillow in one of the rooms had stains, the throws were dirty and had a bad smell and the sofa was not clean; it was badly stained with a bad smell. The customer service was terrible as the team acted nonchalantly. They did not even bother to reach out to us on how to handover the keys after our stay. I finally understand that cheap is definitely expensive! It also makes sense why this property was the last to be sold out if it was sold out at all while other properties were booked and in a short space of time. The reviews too were not great and I wish we had paid a little more for a better stay. The horrid attitudes and state of apartment contributed to the "not so great" time we had. I can attest to the fact that a good place to stay is part of the vacation experience and I wish we knew that. Wow! This is the absolute worst property. If I could give a rating below 1, it would be -10. I advise you to stay away from this property. Cheap is EXPENSIVE! Definitely NEVER staying here or recommending this place to anyone! I will be posting this review every month for the next 1 year just so I can ensure they don't reap anyone else off. Time to clean up the world!
