  : The biggest regret of our trip was staying at this property. So many negative things I wish to contextualize. First, a day before arrival, we were given instructions on how to get our keys. We got there and the lockbox was not working. We tried to call the property and they didn't pick our calls so we sat outside for over 30 minutes trying to get through to them until they responded on booking.com. Second, our bathroom sink was clogged up and we requested for maintenance to resolve this and no one showed up, not even an apology for the same. Third, we requested for the cleaner as we paid a cleaning fee and no one showed up, not even an apology or refund for the same. Forth, the pillow in one of the rooms had stains, the throws were dirty and had a bad smell and the sofa was not clean; it was badly stained with a bad smell. The customer service was terrible as the team acted nonchalantly. They did not even bother to reach out to us on how to handover the keys after our stay. I finally understand that cheap is definitely expensive! It also makes sense why this property was the last to be sold out if it was sold out at all while other properties were booked and in a short space of time. The reviews too were not great and I wish we had paid a little more for a better stay. The horrid attitudes and state of apartment contributed to the "not so great" time we had. I can attest to the fact that a good place to stay is part of the vacation experience and I wish we knew that. Wow! This is the absolute worst property. If I could give a rating below 1, it would be -10. I advise you to stay away from this property. Cheap is EXPENSIVE! Definitely NEVER staying here or recommending this place to anyone! I will be posting this review every month for the next 1 year just so I can ensure they don't reap anyone else off. Time to clean up the world!

  : Felt secure, clean and communication with the host was 1st class.
  : Loadshedding, coming back to see no light, or iron, watching TV and the light goes. So u end up with cold water, or union clothes. Coming from.the UK it was tough

  : They only issue we experienced over the weekend was that the shower water drainage was slow/blocked which couldn't allow us to shower properly.But other than that our stay was amazing!!

  : Almost everything we needed was there even though not satisfactorily
  : The property smelled cigarettes until the last day . We discovered an ash tray and we rinsed it however the smell still remained until our last day . The least the owners could have done to at least have a diffuser and not an empty bottle of it . The linen especially the duvet inner is old and theres nothing left of it . The duvet cover worn out thats it was tucked in at the corners so it could not be seen . There was no blanket, at least one blanket would have made a difference. The base mattress also and not comfortable css at all .We found a no name brand dishwasher liquid which was useless 2 cups of the four are chipped. The handwash soap container was not dispensing any soap.We felt disrespected by the owner .

  : The sofa is old and the patio furniture needs upgrading. The locking mechanism for the door was faulty, it needs attention.
