  : The place was not very clean. I've seen cokroges running around. I was charged R920 for cleaning and not once in my 4 day stay was cleaning done. Very Disappointing.

  : The apartment is spacious and largely well-appointed.
  : The hassle we had to go through to get two sets of keys was unacceptable. Manuals for the stove and dishwasher need to be supplied. Please think about people arriving with nothing - a sponge to wash up with and a drying cloth make a big difference.

  : The location is good, central and close to the V&A Waterfront , Unit 1204 is Excellent, very well furnished and neat with fantastic views of Table Mountain & Lions Head! The price for a 4 sleeper was also very good and value for money
  : Keys were not available on time despite me indicating what time I would arrive. I had to wait to get in. Please also note that the "ZAR 810 Cleaning fee per stay is included. "as received with my booking confirmation is only for cleaning upon your departure, not during your stay. This is misleading by the letting agent. In all my years of using booking.com, this is the first time that departure booking cleaning is advertised separately!
