: The view of Table Mountain, the ocean and the ships from the level of the 4th floor is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is modern and clean. Furthermore, it is in a secure environment
: We did not find a list of the items (e.g., crockery, cutlery, etc.,) in the apartment against which to check when we checked out. The drye rtook a very long time to adequately dry our clothes.

: The space and the view was amazing.
: Their billing system, The credit card I used when booking on booking.com was with me and I could not get to the place on time for check in. However, my wife did and she was asked to produce the credit card used and she was not in possession of it, for that she had to pay the whole bill from her own credit card. So essentially I got double charged and still struggling to get refund 7 days later.

: The process of key collection needs a total rethink on their part. They can only accomodate you at certain times and if that times does not fit into your program you have to pay an additional R300 to collect the key "after hours" On the website it says you can book in from 14:00 to 18:00 , but that is only applicable if they have the time to book you in. Bad bad stystem.... Then there is the hidden costs... R550.00 cleaning fee and R150.00 to getr your deposit back.. No way i am using this company again , not because of the facilities, but because of way customers are being treated by the booking agency.
