  : The location is good and safe but you have to walk a short ramp. The view was lovely. We enjoyed the view the most, either in the morning or the evening. It was clean.
  : We got started bad with the hosts. We got a cab from airport to the premises and because it was still early we just wanted to make sure we were at the right place to come back at the check in time later. The driver called them and asked if the address is right but they were like “they are very very early” It was two and a half hour before check in time. We didn’t expect them to check us in. But their reaction was upsetting. The premises listed as for up to four people I think, but there is only one couch for 3 people in the living room and it is not comfortable to sit on one couch all together. The hair dryer was burnt. I wrote to the hosts but couldn’t get an answer. I looked for the iron in bedrooms and bathrooms and couldn’t find. I wrote to hosts and didn’t get an answer as well as we figured out later the iron was in the kitchen cabinet. Because there is no one at the premises it was troublesome to leave luggages to somewhere to spend the rest of the day until our flight time. I had much more pleasant stays in other countries. I didn’t like hosts’ attitude. I kinda regretted renting. It is mainly my personal experience. But I hope they will take measures to make the future guests more comfortable.

  : Apartment has great views and the concierge (security guard) was great, but sadly the rest of our shortened stay wasn’t as nice. No remote for the gate, no cleaning materials like cloths to wipe counters or cleaning products to clean surfaces/toilets etc with! The bare minimum kitchen tools! One very blunt knife, no wine glasses till I mentioned it. Not functional for a long stay (3+ days). Wifi was not working most of the time we were there, if you are planning to work from here then don’t! We flagged this with the agents on first day and had to message/complain every hour as we kept being thrown of the internet with telkom messages saying to top up bundle... this was extremely annoying and massively inconvenient! We asked to get a refund in order to leave and find a place we can actually work from which we did. Same price, but 10times better. A shame, as with sorting out/ensuring these ‘little’ things are in place and working will have made it a great stay. Ps: the bbq is on the ground floor and the gym non existent.

  : Location was great but we wanted something nearer to Promenade but wasn't too far.
  : Would of liked an outside seating area. Fridge still have left over Fanta in from previous guests and the jet bath never worked which of been great.

  : The area is quite nice and very close to the Waterfront.The design of the apartment is modern.
  : Unfortunately we had no WiFi for 2days and even it was promised to solve the problem nobody came, so we wasted a lot of time for waiting.The cleaning lady forgot their stuff in the room which was also not that nice.The panel in the kitchen and the ceiling in the bathroom were under bad conditions, also these was mentioned by us but nobody cared.It is also nice to have some specials like a whirlpool function in the bathroom but it doesn’t work.We cancelled the last days of our stay with the written agreement to get a refund which is still open since almost 4weeks and now they informed us the changes their opinion and the refund will not be paid...this is more than unprofessional for an official company and not satisfied...have had such an experience before.
