Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of ZAR 1500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Kindly note the reception is operational from Monday to Friday from 08:30 up until 16:00 and closed on weekends and public holidays.

Should you arrive outside these hours please inform the property in advance so they can arrange for someone to meet you upon arrival. Guests arriving after 16:00, a weekend or public holiday will be charged an additional check-in fee.

Linen is changed every seven days.

Unregistered visitors are not permitted to overnight without prior arrangement with management.
