  : Worst host. Told place no longer available after landing in Cape Town. No explanation nothing. Probably racial decision.

  : This self catering unit lacked basic kitchen dishes, no cloths to wipe down the counter tops, only one dish towel, no step ladder to reach the top shelves, no explanations on how to the aircons, fireplace (what type etc) worked, no vanity mirrors in the bedrooms, no bins in the bedrooms, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. There were no change of towels or pool towels. No replacement toilet rolls. The bath tub is a big problem. It is extremely difficult to get into the tub as it is very high. There are no hand rails to help one into and out of the tub and one can slip quite easily. My 70 year old mother could not climb into the bath tub nor out. This bath tub is a big hazard. No spare bin bags. The main bedroom bedside lamps did not work. There were no blankets and it was very cold during our stay. Only one set of keys amongst 3 people to share. The noise from upstairs wooden floors were quite disturbing at night. Still waiting for our concierge Welligton to call me back regarding no power in the unit. The paint is peeling of the walls inside the unit. This unit would be perfect if only well managed and maintained.
